Add tests to code. Refactor old R4,6,7,9,17 routines and reconstruct.py

  • Add functional tests and unit tests in radiocc/tests
  • Add config parameter: full-auto (which skips user interactions and blocks plot showing for testing)
  • Major refactor of old R4,6,7,9,17 routines and reconstruct.py and replace by new files in radiocc/radiocc folder.
  • Minor refactor of routines R12,13,13a
