Removed extract_station_inventory, replace_inventory, rename_station_code, rename_channel_prefix, delete_channels, has_waveform_tag, list_waveform_tags and replace_waveform_data functions, which have been moved to robspy.io.asdf.
Simplified delete_processing_stage function.

Added _parse_station and _parse_nw_stat_code methods to Event.
Replaced 'station' argument of calculate_distances_and_azimuths, read_phase_picks, calculate_phase_arrival_times, retrieve_phase_arrival_times and calculate_takeoff_and_incidence_angles methods of Event with 'station_or_code'.
Associate phase picks with empty component code to all components in snuffle method of Event.
Avoid error in snuffle method of Event if seismogram has no inventory.

Fixed errors in estimate_start_and_end_times method of Event, and changed default value of 'conservative' argument to True.
Renamed get_mw_estimates method of Event to get_station_mw_solutions.

Small fix to avoid crash if no seismogram can be read in download_waveforms method of Event.
Small fix in _import_waveform method of Event to avoid crash if input_units in response are not as expected.
Changed default value of 'db_file' property of BelshakeDB to ':mysql:', to use the mysql database rather than a local sqlite file.
Use try/except in __del__ method of BelshakeDB.
Added query method to BelshakeDB and applied it in all methods querying the database.
Use forward slashes instead of backslashes to store 'local_file_path' in the database in import_wf_params and get_wf_params methods of BelshakeDB.
Completed some docstrings.
