Increasing robustness to data-logging continuity

Currently, when communication between the computer and the SA is broken, the scripts stops completely. Because this is an unattended system, it would be convenient to add more robustness. Possible solutions:

• Error catching procedure (re-try to connect)
• Shorter datalog files + crontab statement to start it.
